GREAT SOUTH RUN – SUNDAY 21 OCTOBER. There will be a two boat service running on Sunday from 8.30am to 4pm i.e. a crossing every 7.5 minutes. So, avoid all the jams and road closures – travel via the Gosport Ferry. Southsea Common is just a short jog away!
The service runs 364 days of the year from 05:30am to midnight (weather permitting) and passengers can enjoy the historical beauty of Portsmouth Harbour on their way to work or to visit the many attractions on both sides of the water.

When our service finishes the Late Night Ferry takes over run by Dave & Paul Faithfull of D & P Boat Hire. With a capacity for 65 passengers, they operate into the early hours from the same pontoons used by us at Gosport and Portsmouth. Booking not required, just pay on the boat. Fare of £3.60 single or £5.00 return. Please see their timetable below.
